MFN becomes the Official
Cooperation Partner of NACE
In the completely globalized world of
today, networking and cooperation
are of much higher importance than
ever. MFN is always evaluating strong
new potential partners to maximise
its means. NACE International is the leader in the corrosion engineering
and science community, and is recognized around the world as
the premier authority for corrosion control solutions. It has 23,000
members in over 100 countries. NACE International is involved in every
industry and area of corrosion prevention and control, from chemical
processing and water systems, to transportation and infrastructure
protection. MFN, having traditionally a global approach with all its
activities, is very pleased to announce that it has become Official
Cooperation Partner of NACE.
NACE is also hosting the world's largest annual Corrosion
Conference called CORROSION. More than 5,000 industry
professionals and 350+ exhibitors from around the
world attend the NACE Annual Corrosion Conference and Exposition
each year. Furthermore, NACE International training
courses and certifications are the most recognized and widely
accepted programs in the world. The training offered does
not teach a specific skill or trade, but rather prepares every
student for a comprehensive career in corrosion. This opens
the door to more career opportunities and higher earnings
potential. Their goal is to develop corrosion professionals
that can support their mission of protecting people, assets,
and the environment from the effects of corrosion.
Since MFN, with its international publication and training platform, has in certain areas similar goals and strategies as NACE, there are a lot of synergies to benefit from. Not only as far as networking is concerned, but also because both parties
accumulate a lot of expertise in the field of training and
organizing events and have access to technical specialists
around the globe. Last but not least the partnership shall also
improve the international exposure of the two organizations.
There are still lots of other possibilities for cooperation on
additional levels. In any case, this new partnership between
NACE and MFN has great potential to be mutually beneficial
and successful.
