Riley Surface World has added to the range by introducing a new selection of shot blast cabinets for light to medium industrial uses. Contracor ECO and CAB shot blast cabinets are available in suction or pressure fed versions. They have internal lighting, large viewing windows and high performance dust collection systems fitted to ensure maximum internal visibility.
The cabinets are designed to work with aluminium oxide, garnet, glass beads, steel grit, and plastic abrasives. They include many size options in addition to flexible machine specifications including cartridge filters, load end extensions and turntable options.
The ECO pressure feed system being a small capacity gravity feed unit has the added benefit that it can operate quite effectively with low compressed air volumes. The CAB blast cabinets have a built-in cyclonic separation system for separating debris and spent media from the reusable blast media. They also have a larger capacity pressure pot that will enable longer continuous blasting cycles.
