Sonats exhibited the "StressVoyager", which is a portable equipment for peen forming, shot peening and straightening application. The French company  also presented a number of videos about applications for the StressVoyager used for the aerospace industries. The process can be used for treatments on such blisks, blades, rings, and landing gear application.
Jean-Michael Duchazeaubeneix, the Managing Director of Sonats stated: "We were able to make a number of good contacts for potential projects. It was the right decision to participate in this Air Show."
Sonats likes to thank their Japanese partner, Toyo Seiko, a shot peening expert, for its efficient presence at the Sonats booth. Both companies will also attend the Japan International Air Show, in October 2004.
