KSA Kugelstrahlzentrum Aachen GmbH is building up a new production site for contract shot peening in Aachen.

The customer benefits are reproducible quality, improved material properties, wide range of geometries without tool-setting, higher productivity as well as reduced r&d and production times and costs.

Facts and Figures:
The centre is suitable for components up to a maximum size of 6000 x 3000 x 1500 mm (LxWxH). On state-of-the-art CNC peening machines KSA uses shots from 2 to 10 mm diameter. By now, 500 AIRBUS side shells and more than 600 ARIANE tank segments have been successfully peen formed in Aachen.
