The Drytun programme of drying tunnels, offers a reliable and enduring machine, since all the parts in contact with the dampness and wet parts are made of stainless steel.
The conventional extra small mesh of the stainless steel belts (XS) allows the transportation of several type of articles, even small, while the more economical belt with wide mesh (XL) allows the transportation of medium-to- big articles.

The range of all kinds of washing and drying systems offered by Rollwasch is available also with Robotic Aided solutions both, for washing and or for High Pressure Jet deburring. (6)
In case of washing tunnel with a conveyor belt, the components are loaded on the belt, which conveys the pieces through the different stages of treatment: the development of the machine is in line. The treated parts pass in sequence through stages designed for washing, rinsing, blowing and drying. To these types of processes, special surface treatments such as phosphatizing, passivating/oiling, phosphor degreasing, and alkaline pickling can be added.
These are particularly suitable for cleaning and for the chemical treatment of parts with simple shapes and a smooth surface without the critical cracks.
These machines are often used in the production lines of mechanical, automotive and aerospace companies for inter-process cleaning or for precision cleaning before assembling.
Due to their flexibility, tunnel equipment can be used for big and small productions.
The growing demand of Robotic Aided solutions and systems complying with the Industry 4.0 statements is inviting us to offer more and more washing systems based both on the High Pressure Water Jet deburring and washing of mechanical components in a wide variety of fields of application.
The High Pressure Water Jet deburring HPWJD process is, unlike other kinds of deburring, a targeted process where the parts are required to be precisely clamped to special parts-holders, moving them towards the equipment in several positions.
The robots address their Water Jet with the required pressure, in the specific areas and for the scheduled time. Several recipes are stored in the PC or PLC software of the system to assure the success of full and repeatable results.
Thanks to the progress of renewed programs of R&D, the Rollwasch technology in the washing field is perfectioning more and more, year after year - thus assuring, by second semester 2021, a new range of compact size machines being extremely competitive and productive.
