Potters Industries Acquires Flex-O-Lite
Valley Forge, PA, January 25, 2007 – Potters Industries, Inc., the international manufacturer of Highway safety and Engineered Glass material products, announced today that it has acquired certain assets of Flex-O-Lite Inc., a leading manufacturer of highway safety marking spheres, metal finishing glass beads and high refractive index glass beads, from Jackson Products, Inc. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Potters is a wholly-owned subsidiary of PQ Corporation, the chemicals and engineered glass materials company.
The combined company will offer products and services under both the Potters and Flex-O-Lite brands.
