ZERO Options Plus Blast Cabinets combine standard and special features. A new ZERO Blast Cabinet accessories program from Clemco Industries Corp., lets customers combine standard and special options to customize any ZERO BNP or ZERO Pulsar cabinet. Options Plus customers enjoy the benefits of a specially engineered system at a price comparable to a standard blast cabinet.
A Range of interesting Features
The ZERO BNP 65P cabinet shown features provisions for sit-down operation, adjustable time-delayed door locks, and a HEPA filter. The HEPA filter traps 99.97 percent of particles as small as 0.3 micron.
In conjunction with the standard reverse-pulse cartridge dust collector, the HEPA filter virtually eliminates dust emissions from the cabinet exhaust.
All ZERO brand cabinets now feature quick-change tempered glass windows with 20-percent greater viewing area for the operator. The cabinets have larger, ceiling-mounted fluorescent light fixtures that create bright, uniform illumination, and raised air inlets that reduce opportunities for debris blockages.
