Introduction of Peter Schmid

Peter Schmid is the Country Manager of SYRACOM Schweiz AG, a management and IT consulting and software company and part of the SYRACOM group, headquartered in Wiesbaden, Germany. Previously he served as Client Services Director of Hyperion Solutions Switzerland, now part of Oracle Software. rnPeter Schmid studied Computer Science and Business Administration at the University of Zurich. After graduating in 1994 he continued to work in the area of Application and Information Management at UBS, Alcatel, Texas Instruments and Sterling Software. He worked as Consultant in the roles of Developer, Analyst, Designer, Trainer and Project Manager. For more than 10 years he is acting as Consulting Manager and Project Coach. Peter Schmid’s experience covers Industry, Banking, Insurance and Government. He is advising MFN as a Consultant for many years on different issues. He suggested various concepts for on-site training and workshops and helped to establish MFN as one of the leading international magazines in its field.
