Riley Surface World has announced the launch of its new Thermal World range of British- made laboratory and industrial ovens and incubators. The ovens and incubators are suitable for heat treatments in general engineering and surface finishing, research institutes, electronics & semiconductors, plastics & composites, pharmaceuticals and veterinary medicines.
There are three temperature points: 250, 300 and 500¢XC. The temperature fluctuation is within 0.5¢XC and they deliver fast, even tempering for all kinds of products and applications. As well as the standard size ovens, the range includes dual purpose ovens/incubators, large heavy duty ovens, and moisture extraction ovens. In addition, there are drying cabinets for use in process lines, and materials testing ovens for laboratory uses.
Riley Thermal World ovens and incubators are of robust stainless steel construction with powder-coated finishes. The internal shelves are chrome-plated steel wire grids supported on fixed multi-position shelf runners. The doors and chambers are fitted with silicone insulation seals and the heating elements are controlled by dual-display PID digital controllers.
Riley Surface World, which is best known for its large stocks of used surface finishing machinery, has introduced the Thermal World range in order that customers will have a choice of new or used equipment in its main product categories. Also important is that the products are made in Britain, with technical support and spare parts easy to obtain.
As well as new ovens, the company also offers new shot blasting, powder coating, ultrasonic cleaning and dust extraction plant and machinery.
