Riley Surface World Open Week to Coincide with UK Trade Show in October
Riley Surface World is Europe’s leading hypermarket for new and used surface finishing machinery. The company, which was founded in 1966, has over 1500 items of plant and equipment at its 5000 square metre warehouse in Aldridge, near Birmingham, UK. The headquarters is fully equipped with overhead cranes, loading bays, workshops, paint shop and a large showroom.
In addition, all of its products are displayed online at: www.rileysurfaceworld.co.uk, the most comprehensive website for used surface finishing machinery anywhere in the world. Any person that chooses to register on the website can receive regular updates on machinery that has recently come into stock in the categories that are of interest to them.
Rileys has announced that it will be holding a special Open Week from 26 – 30 October, 2009. This coincides with Surface World/Correx 09, the UK’s leading surface finishing exhibition, which will be held at the NEC, Birmingham from October 27 – 29. Riley Surface World will be on stand 75 promoting its product range, internet site and special services to the surface finishing industry. In addition, customers will have the opportunity of taking the company’s minibus to visit the Riley Surface World warehouse, which is only 20 minutes from the NEC.
There will be substantial discounts on Riley used machinery for show visitors during the Open Week and Rileys will also be holding an auction to dispose of stock and make space for new items coming in.
The company will be launching a number of brand new products that are being added to its portfolio. These include pressure pot abrasive blasting systems and accessories, containerised powder and blast rooms, industrial and laboratory ovens, jig stripping furnaces and cleaning & degreasing machinery.
As well as individual items of used machinery, Riley Surface World has complete production plants available for electroplating, anodising, powder coating, wet paint finishing and other processes. In addition, the company provides special services to the surface finishing industry such as plant de-commissioning, relocation and re-commissioning, refurbishment, repairs and technical consultancy from its team of experienced surface finishing professionals.
